All editing and deleting functions for your on-demand videos in your Arcus account are available from the Video On Demand Administration page in the account management portal at http://dv2.discovervideo.com. You can get to this page by clicking on the VOD Content link under the Video On-Demand menu on the left side of the page. Once there, you will see statistics on how much space you are using in your Arcus account and a list of the 10 most recent videos to the server. To find a specific video, you can search by several criteria or page through all the videos 10 at a time until you find the video you want to delete.
To delete a video, simply click the delete button next to the video in the list of videos. You will be prompted to be sure you want to delete the file. Confirming that prompt will remove the video from the server and the video listing from the database. This process is irreversable, and Discover Video may not have a historical copy of that video should you wish to restore it, so be sure that you have another copy of the video somehere else if there is any chance you may still need it.
NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer 11, when you click on any of the Edit or Delete buttons on this page, you may not see anything happen. If that is the case, you need to set Internet Explorer to display the site in compatibility mode. To do this, select Compatibility Mode Settings from the Tools menu in Internet Explorer. If you do not see the tools menu, click the Alt button first to show the menus. Once you open the Compatibility Mode Settings window, add discovervideo.com to the list of sites to be viewed using compatibility mode. This should restore the functionality of the buttons on pages like the Video On Demand Administration page.
