Settings Not Saving to Digital Signage in Samsung App

Some clients using the Samsung app for digital signage from DEVOS running on smart TVs and other devices have experienced a problem with the settings not being retained the next time they run the app. This is typically caused by not closing the app before shutting off the TV or device after changes have been made to the settings. By design, Samsung apps such as this save their settings upon closing the app, so if changes are made to the settings, the app must be closed selecting Exit on the Remote Control or by going back to the Smart Hub prior to powering off the device in order to be retained for the next time the app is launched.
