Image playlist stuck on "loading" in Roku digital signage
When images in a digital signage template on an older Roku device do not load, the problem is often that the image size is too big for the Roku to handle. Many older Roku devices support HD, but do not support 4K, so the largest image they can handle is an image that equals the largest HD size, which is 1920x1080. This means the width cannot exceed 1,920 pixels, and the height cannot exceed 1,080 pixels. For newer Roku devices that support 4K, you can double each of these numbers to a 3,840 pixel width and 2,160 pixel height.
