Preparing for your new DEVOS

Thank you for purchasing DEVOS. We look forward to getting your DEVOS set up and installed and ready for your use. In order to accomplish this, we will need some information from you. Attached to this message are two documents. One is a DEVOS System Installation Guide that explains the DEVOS ecosystem and how everything works together. The second is a DEVOS Installation Checklist and is critical to getting your DEVOS system set up and ready for installation. This checklist must be filled out and returned to us before we can set up your DEVOS, so please take a moment and fill this out and return it to us with your signature. The signature is also critical as it provides Discover Video with the legal authority to install certain licensed software on your behalf.

The next step will be to set up a conference call with your sales representative for what we call our Launch Meeting. During this meeting, we will go through all the products in your order and record information about how everything will be installed and used. This will also serve as a "hand off" on the project from your sales representative to Discover Video's service and support staff who will be handling any installation and/or training along with any Discover Video partners involved in the project. While your sales representative will always be available to you and involved along the way, most of your communications regarding installation and training will be with Discover Video service and support staff or our partners.
